In one of the most important games for Pontypridd this season, arch rivals and former stable-mates Bridgend lost at home, and gave the Sardis Road Warriors a glimpse of getting back to the top of the table.

Despite being thin on the ground try wise, Pontypridd managed 9 points from the boot of Neil Burnett which was enough to defeat the Ravens, whose only points came form the first half try and conversion.
This win now places Pontypridd 7 points off the top in 6th place.
