Dale 'the Chief' McIntosh will pull on the Ponty jersey for the last time at Sardis Road this weekend.

Whatever the future holds for the Chief, he has been a great ambassador for the club and has been the stalwart who has kept the team ticking for last 18 years. Who else in modern professional or semi-professional sport dedicates 18 years of their life to one team?

The Chief is without doubt a Ponty legend and one of the greatest players to ever pull on the black and white top. I for one will be there to honour him as he leads his team out at the House of Pain one last time...
