It was an early 7.00am start for the boys as four coaches packed with players and supporters made the annual trip to Coventry for what promised to be a glorious day of rugby. Tournament Photos... (Awaiting match reports from 8’s & 12’s)?? UNDER 9's The Under 9’s deservedly finished Runners Up at their age grade despite last minute changes to the tournament. Under 9’s Barkers Butts 20 – 35 Pontypridd TRY scorers for Pontypridd: Harley Jones (2), Mason Pritchard (2), Lucas Hickman (2), Callum Pearce and Rhys Grainger (c).
Under 9’s Birmingham & Solihull 10 – 0 Pontypridd Under 9s match reports... UNDER 10's Pontypridd 35 – 0 Barkers Butts TRY scorers for Pontypridd: James Stallard (2), Rowan Thomas, Chris John, Aled Evans, Lewis Cullen and Keiran Hughes. Pontypridd 25 – 0 Birmingham Bees TRY scorers for Pontypridd: James Stallard (2), Dewi Morris (2) and Ben Stephens. UNDER 11’s This young Ponty side won their third Barkers Tournament in a row, again without conceeding a point and scoring 17 tries in the five games.
