Boys and girls aged six to 18 are invited to join the sports initiative at University of Glamorgan's Treforest playing fields between August 7 and 9.

The academies - also held in Cardiff, Newport and Bridgend - are for complete novices to talented and committed players, and will be coached by Gareth Thomas and the Rugby Matters team.

* One player will be selected, along with their family, to spend a day with the Welsh national squad as they prepare for the Autumn series.

 

Itinerary
We aim not only to improve your skills, but to teach you advanced techniques for improving agility, speed and strength. All our Academies run from 9.30am – 3.30pm, and are divided into Junior, Intermediate and Senior ages. They include:

Junior Course: U7 - U8
(Mastering Tag Rugby)

Intermediate Course: U9 - U10

Senior Course: U11 - U18
