Next seasons under 9's will commence training at Taff Vale Park (nr TA Barracks) on Wednesday 2nd August 2006.  New and old players are welcome. 

To qualify for the under 9's you need to be aged 8 or under on the 1 September 2006 and expect your 9th birthday to be between 2nd September 2006 and 1st September 2007.
Players of all abilities are welcome, even if they have not played rugby before we will coach them to do so.

Sorry for the downtime people, but some nasty swine decided to take down the unnofficial home of the Greatest Rugby Team in History for kicks. Suffice to say we were not amused.

Ponty.net announce that as pre-season training commences on 4th July, Pontypridd RFC will set about putting together a squad to compete in the Principality Premiership, and to defend its possession of the Konica Minolta Welsh Cup. That squad will be built on a solid core of retention from last season's successful pool of players.

Having committed themselves to another campaign with Pontypridd are full back Jason Pocock, wingers Daniel Hitchings and Chris Clayton, centres Gavin Dacey, Paul Matthews and Dafydd Lockyer, scrum halves Gareth Jones and Tom Dickens, props Stuart Williams, Ryan Harford and Ian Poley, hooker Leighton Davies, locks Dale McIntosh, Grant Harrington and Chris Dicomidis, and back rowers Lee Evans and Nathan Strong.

An exciting new development at Pontypridd RFC for the 2006 - 2007 season will be the re-launch of the club's Youth section, with the formation of a squad to compete at under 19 level.
